PURCHASE & DELIVERY TERMS
DELIVERY TIME
Normal delivery time is three to five days from the order date. In the event of products being out of stock or remote shipping destination delivery time may be longer. For inquiries about your order status please contact info@aocms.com. We reserve ourselves for liability in the unlikely event of failed deliveries due to stock shortage and incorrect order handling by our partners. We reserve the right to adjusting prices without notice in the event of unforeseen cost increases, typing or technical errors.
CONFIRMATION
Your order will be confirmed by email shortly after the receipt of your order. Your order confirmation will contain necessary information about your purchase. Please save the order confirmation as it contains information you might be requested to present if taking contact with A.O.CMS customer service.
VAT & TAX
For all orders from EU residents the prices include Swedish VAT.
RETURN POLICY
You have the right to return undamaged and unused products that are purchased through www.aocms.com . You must notify us concerning returns latest 14 days after receiving your shipment. Please contact info@aocms.com and provide us with 1) order number, 2) Confirmation of payment (receipt) and 3) Article number, colour and size of the product you wish to return.
Returned products shall be unused and undamaged in its original package. For returns always enclose a copy of the payment confirmation (receipt) and a filled in return form.
Return shipments are always on the senders account. This means you as a customer are responsible for shipment costs and risks during shipment.
Refund for returned products will be made the payment method debited for the original purchase. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

QUALITY CLAIMS

PAYMENTS
A.O.CMS accepts payments through VISA, Mastercard, Klarna and PayPal. Credit card payments are handled by our payment partners Shopify Payments. to guarantee secure payments. To ensure your safety and comfort, we use secure order forms. No external parties are able to access any information provided by you.
SECURITY
A.O.CMS are using the security standard 3-D Secure. 3-D Secure is an XML-based protocol to allow authentication of cardholders of credit card companies in e-payment transactions. The 3-D Secure protocol was developed by Visa to improve the security of Internet payments. It was adopted and is offered with the service name Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. The main difference between Visa and MasterCard implementations resides in the method to generate the AAV (Accountholder Authentication Value): MasterCard uses UCAF (Universal Cardholder Authentication Field) and Visa uses CAVV (Cardholder Authentication Verification Value).

SHIPMENTS
A.O.CMS accepts full risk of shipments paid by us. Please notify info@aocms.com in the event of damaged or lost goods.
NON COLLECTED GOODS
Orders returned to A.O.CMS due to failure to collect at your post office/ handling agent will be subject to charge for freight costs, no matter the value of the order. You will be invoiced for any such order with 10 days net payment conditions.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event Force Majeur, A.O.CMS obligations are procrastinated. The contract between A.O.CMS and the customer can in such cases be terminated by either part. Force Majeur arises at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
VIOLATION OF RULES
A.O.CMS holds the right to cancel and refund any order(s) that are suspected to be made in a fraudulent or otherwise harmful way in order to secure the safety of our consumers’ transactions on our website. A.O.CMS reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Contracts between A.O.CMS and it’s customers shall be governed by Swedish Law. A.O.CMS follows the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Authority. The Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement.
